A little about me

I graduated from Bournemouth University with a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy. 

I was a dancer and gymnast from a young age and I took an interest in the power of sports injury rehabilitation after attending sports and physiotherapy appointments for a series of injuries.

While studying at Bournemouth, I gained my work experience with the university sports teams and in a local clinic and I immediately knew I wanted to be in the clinical line of work as a graduate. I love building connections with patients and being able to offer a range of treatments while creating a positive and motivating environment.

At the Heeler Centre, I offer sports therapy, sports massage and taping for injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.

When are you available at The Heeler Centre?

Tuesday / Thursday: 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Friday / Saturday: 8.00am - 11.30am
